We headed to Belton, Texas with our puppy boys and it got pretty exciting. Harry- our 9 & 1/2 month old sable merle headed white boy from Milas Collies made a big splash! First Harry won a four point major under collie breeder judge Judi Roller by going winner’s dog, best of winners, and best of variety over a champion! After that, Harry was again selected winner’s dog, best of winners, and best of variety over a champion for another 4 point major under collie breeder judge Butch Schulman! To top off a great day, judge Butch Schulman found Harry again in the Herding Group and gave him an awesome Group 3 placement. Harry finished his run with a nice winner’s dog placement and a 3 point major under judge Janet Bodin. We could not stop smiling.

Our boy from Alcor Collies did well too, picking up his own 3 point major going winner’s dog, best of winners and best of variety under Ms. Teddy McDowell.

Our young pup Cotton, from Aurealis Collies, had his debut too. He did well – picking up 3 reserve winners placements. Cotton is going to be a big boy and has a lot of growing up to do.

It is very exciting to watch young collies grow up.
