Lads
Patton
Patton is our beautiful boy from the Poppy/ Sampson litter. He is a specialty winner with multiple herding group placings. He usually lives with his co-owner Lea Bertsch.
Patton has OFA Excellent hips and normal elbows. He is Normal/ Mutant on MDR1. He is carrier of Degenerative Myelopathy, and low risk on DMS, (Dermatomyocitis) Aabb. He is PRA clear, and his eye check is mild CRH only. Patton mostly lives with Lea.
Lucas
Lucas is a beautiful boy that was purchased from Milas Collies by Debbie Jones and Margie Blount. He is a son of Ch Milas Walk The Line out of Ch Milas Ballroom Elegance. Lucas finished easily shown by Margie Blount and Laurie Jeff Greer. He mostly lives with Margie.
Lucas has OFA Good hips and normal elbows. He is Normal/ Normal on MDR1. He is clear of Degenerative Myelopathy, and lowest risk on DMS, (Dermatomyocitis) aabb. He is PRA clear, and his eye check is mild CRH only.
Harry
Harry is a gorgeous sable merle headed white boy that we purchased as a pup from Milas Collies. Harry is owned by Margie Blount, Debbie Jones, and Rosalie Ward. Harry finished his championship in a flash, picking up his last points at the South Texas Collie Club specialty under breeder judge Richella Veatch. We are very excited about this young male’s potential.
Harry is PRA clear, DM clear, DMS Aabb, MDR1 Normal/ mutant. We will be getting him hip and elbow xrays after he turns 2 years old. He is a great mover and has numerous champion siblings. Harry mostly lives with Margie.
Ladies
Poppy
Poppy is my big, funny girl that I love to pieces. She is a daughter of GCHG Aurealis Endeavor and Bridgit (Ch Milas Madam Butterfly.) She is the dam of five champions. Poppy is retired from our breeding program, and enjoying her retirement with us as the reigning matriarch.
Willa
Willa is a daughter of Poppy and Lea Bertsch’s top winning boy – Samson. Willa is a natural show girl with outstanding movement. She was chosen Best of Breed the very first time she was shown as a one year old at the Collie Club of Austin. She finished her grand championship in short order. Willa has had one litter sired by Cheryl Kobularcik’s champion boy- Landon, which produced her champion daughter Bee. At age seven, Willa is now retired from our breeding program and enjoying her role as second in command.
Grace
Grace is our sweet, pretty girl from Poppy’s litter sired by Ch Milas Walk This Way (Tyler.) Grace has had one litter by Am Can Ch VanIsle Prairiepine Afirmation, which produced an outstanding boy- Am Can Champion Prairiepine The Lawman of Tairis. We love Grace and hope to get one more litter from her.
Bee
Bee is Willa’s one and only pup. She is sired by GCH Cherann’s Cherokee On Sacred Ground. Bee got her first two majors as a puppy shown by a Jr. handler and completed her championship easily with her outstanding movement. Now as a mature two year old, we have plans to breed Bee to our exciting white champion – Harry- Ch Milas Tairis Commander’s Sundance Kid.
Ferrari
Ferrari is a cutie purchased from her breeder Margie Blount. Ferrari is a great moving daughter of Margie’s girl Ch Commander’s Diva In Silk Stockings of Jjaeds out of Ch Milas Tairis Commander’s Stardancer. Ferrari is pointed and we look forward to finishing her championship and breeding her in the future.
Halo
Halo is a stud fee puppy sired by Graces’s brother- Tairis Avalar A Walk In The Sun, out of Glasgowhill’s Costello’s Dream. Halo is a cute, goofy girl, AKC pointed. She is basically my brother’s pet. We may show her next fall/winter season.
